This service does not deliberately store any of your genetic data. This is a design decision to make your data as secure as possible. However, honest mistakes by me or deliberate action by others (e.g. hackers) could lead to your genetic data being disclosed to 3rd parties or made public as a result of using this site. This is the case with any service that processes your data. If you’re not happy with this, please don’t use this service.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall BernieCode Ltd, Bernie Sumption, or any collaborators be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising in any way from this service.

DNArtwork is a service owned and provided by BernieCode Ltd, which is the UK company used for contracting by me, Bernie Sumption. When you agree to these terms and conditions, or use this service, or communicate by email or other means with us about this service, then your agreement and interaction is with BernieCode Ltd. Any reference to, or interaction with, me are in my capacity as an agent of BernieCode Ltd.

This service does not accept or store any payment information, though it may provide links to 3rd party services that do. Examples include purchasing genetic testing and artwork printing or making a donation. These 3rd party services are provided by other companies, and your relationship with these companies will be governed by their terms and conditions that you will agree to separately. BernieCode Ltd is in no way liable for the actions of these companies.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes relating to it shall be dealt with in the courts of English and Wales.
